Training based on the ECDL Syllabus is usually offered at Approved ECDL Centres. However, since the ECDL Syllabus is open and available it is being used by institutions, organizations and non-ECDL Approvel Centres as a baseline and benchmark of the level and content of training they are providing to their employees and/or clients.
