Now the introduction of ECDL / ICDL Image Editing offers Candidates the opportunity to acquire the skills to work with digital images without having to commit to the time and expense of a professional-level digital image editing certification. It is recommended that the candidate has at least passed the Module 2 (Using the Computer & Managing Files), Module 3 (Wordprocessing) and Module 7 (Information & Communication) before attempting to take the ECDL / ICDL Image Editing test.
Depending on the candidate's experience, ECDL / ICDL Image Editing requires approximately 20-30 hours of training followed by the successful completion of a 45 minute test.
