Recognizing the need for certification of IT skills in specific and vertical markets, the ECDL Foundation has introduced the Specialized Certifications whcih currently cover three domains:

ECDL Cyprus has grouped these three certifications under the "Design" category and interested candidates who complete all 3 modules will receive the ECDL Design Certificate which shows all 3 modules on it.

Developed by the ECDL Foundation, ECDL / ICDL WebStarter is a new certification designed to give you the skills required to design, create and maintain a Web site.
ECDL / ICDL WebStarter has been specifically designed for anyone who wants to acquire the skills to create and maintain a Web site without having to commit to the time and expense of a professional level Web design programme.
